The Capital Times - online only?

Hi all -

I just moved back to Stoughton after living in Madison for all my life (took a sales job on the east coast, just lost said job as company was primarily involved with automobile dealerships and went under for obvious reasons, am back living with my parents at 31 - lovely).

I was surprised to see The Wisconsin State Journal as being Capital Newspapers' sole print publication now? The Capital Times has gone online only? When / why did this happen? (I imagine it has to deal with ad revenue, but for sake of discussion..)
