Hmm -

That is interesting. Thanks a lot for taking the time to fill me in. Apparently today is Wednesday so I should go find a copy of this new publication!

: The Cap Times is mostly online only; it's been that way for about a year and a half now. There's been a lot of cutbacks at Capital Newspapers before and since the Cap Times switch (both papers' sports departments are now pretty much one entity, for starters).

: But the Cap Times still has a paper-and-ink presence; it's just that you will have to wait until Wednesdays to pick it up. It looks different than it did 18 months ago, too (one issue per week, tabloid size, 40-some-odd pages).

: : Hi all -

: : I just moved back to Stoughton after living in Madison for all my life (took a sales job on the east coast, just lost said job as company was primarily involved with automobile dealerships and went under for obvious reasons, am back living with my parents at 31 - lovely).

: : I was surprised to see The Wisconsin State Journal as being Capital Newspapers' sole print publication now? The Capital Times has gone online only? When / why did this happen? (I imagine it has to deal with ad revenue, but for sake of discussion..)
