wow, i had no idea either

what does that wednesday print edition look like? is it primarily long feature or investigative pieces? gossip? or do they just treat it like a 'regular' newspaper, only it's one day a week and in tabloid form now

i'm just trying to wrap my head around the direction they went with the weekly-only print edition since captimes.com as a web site looks like a regular daily newspaper site.

: The Cap Times is mostly online only; it's been that way for about a year and a half now. There's been a lot of cutbacks at Capital Newspapers before and since the Cap Times switch (both papers' sports departments are now pretty much one entity, for starters).

: But the Cap Times still has a paper-and-ink presence; it's just that you will have to wait until Wednesdays to pick it up. It looks different than it did 18 months ago, too (one issue per week, tabloid size, 40-some-odd pages).
