Some guy in Indiana relentlessly tried to do the same to Emmis/WKQX (Q101) because of Mancow, even after he was fired from there in 2006. Complaining of indecency.

Emmis got a lot of fines because of Mancow over the years from the FCC. They happily paid them, because at the time his show was getting really good ratings.

Somewhere along the line, he started going on Fox & Friends and became extremely Conservative-leaning and they didn't want that. Nowdays, he's on Talk Radio Network, even has done appearances on Alex Jones' show. Alex Jones is really....out there. That's why his show really is mostly heard on WWCR (Shortwave) and the internet.

It's not a Liberal vs Conservative thing. People try to petition to deny license renewals all the time if they don't like something they hear.

Usually if it's a Liberal, it's because of conservative talk and racist comments.

If it's a Conservative, it's usually because of "indecency"

This could easily be flip flopped between the two political ideologies.
