Congratulations to the winners! But I do have some concerns with these "excellence" awards...

1. Stations have to pay for entries...for example...notice none of the Eau Claire Stations are listed in the small market awards...are they really that bad or did the just not enter.

2. Who or whom decides and what is the criteria for the awards(or is it just who pays to enter is the winner)
