Jam is old school and big band sounding. They don't match today's music. Other than commercial jingles they have not introduce a good radio package in years. TM Studios has lost the band sound and has the vocals techniques that are a great match no matter what the format. You can always get on the Reel World wagon too. But be prepared to spend fat cash ti renew the package. If you are competing with a CC cluster in the market then stay way from R.W. as CC uses then in almost every market.
