I disagree jigga, the FCC cares a lot about content. It may take them the lifespan of three night jocks to deal with the content of the first night jock but they get to it and they fine.

It isn't a waste of time. It isn't bogging down the process, it's FOLLOWING the process. I'll give you a comparison. My Mom complains constantly about the telemarketing calls she gets when she sets down to dinner so I asked her if she was on the Do Not Call list and said if she was we could file complaints and even sue per call. She didn't even know what the Do Not Call list was. Now she does, she gets less calls being on it, and when she does get calls she's first to the web site to file a complaint.

Point being, if no one uses the methods available to make things right then people or in this case broadcast companies will continue to just do what's clearly wrong. And illegal.
