Fairness Doctrine challenged?

On Ed Schultz's radio show this morning Ring Of Fire host and frequent fill-in for Ed Mike Papantonio indicated that a partner law firm is researching the prospect of bringing legal action against Clear Channel. It would be the first "test" of Bill Clinton's repeal of the Fairness Doctrine. He said the legal action could be brought on behalf of all the former talent of KPOJ including the syndicated and local hosts, and/or on behalf of those affected such as labor groups, advertisers, and listeners.
