I've never worked for them (I work for a different radio group) but I know people who do/have and I've never really heard anything bad. But if you're going to apply, you need to accept 2 inevitable truths: 1. Radio today is all about content, so expect the job to me about much more than web and IT. Probably producing video, graphics, story content for newsfeeds, etc... And 2. You will not make what you're worth. But, on the positive side, it is probably a very good stepping stone to a better job with a few years of experience. Where better to learn how to do it all than in a position where you are the go-to guy on 3 very interactive and dynamic websites? Apply if that's what you're looking for.
