A conservative station is always going to have trouble in Madison. Think about what Madison is: the definition of liberal. I'm not going to pretend there's a huge budget, so here is my relatively modest change-up to WTDY.
Program Director: Bring in an outsider who has experience programming small to medium sized markets, maybe even someone on the beach who has experience doing talk in a major. This person should have an understanding of our market before they're hired, and should have a game plan outlined first.
Loveline absolutely does not fit. Very odd they ever picked it up.
Move Sly back to afternoons and for mornings: The Wisconsin Guys, with its old hosts who are currently on the beach anyway
