I think he has free reign to do what he wants, as he says himself, and he just plays whatever appeals to his personal taste. There is no
"magic formula". I have never met a liberal who has said to me "They play Van Morrison? Then, by God, I'll tolerate a format I hate to hear
the occasional gem!" It just doesn't add up, folks.
