It's been a few weeks now and I'm not feelin' it. Connie & Fish are surely still as hilarious and entertaining as ever, but there's that certain SPARK that's been taken away from when they were here in town.
I think saying things like "it's a beautiful day in Wisconsin" sounds really dumb. Wisconsin is a big state. What might be weather beautiful in Milwaukee isn't always going to be beautiful in Madison, or De Pere.
I also don't like the constant droning push of the toll-free # and connieandfish.com web site. It doesn't feel intimate like it used to. Maybe I wouldn't mind it so much if there was actually something AT connieandfish.com but it's just annoying stale silhouttes. The Milwaukee audience must also appreciate their "Links" section that only has Madison-related items.
They either need to come back to Madison only or be in Milwaukee entirely: or they need a consultant to come in and do some serious training. But something tells me their egos may have plateaud to a level that will disallow this.
Anyhow, this is just a 31 YO female's insight. Used to be in Radio Sales outside of Madison.
