Please allow me to break this down from an unbiased point of view. I have no relation to Jon either positively or negatively.
Name: In a lot of bigger markets that have media columnists or blog sites which focus on media, "real names" are outted on a daily basis. In this case, he could have used his radio name. Or he could have used a privacy service on his domain. His fault.
Address: He could have avoided this by using a privacy service on his domain or by using the station address or getting a PO Box. His fault.
Phone #: A phone number was listed (by him) in the All Access article, which is freely available to listeners by Googling.
Email address: See phone #.
