: : What a cluster-you know what, all triggered by the brainiacs at GE who were scared of losing Leno to a competing network last year.

: This whole ordeal reminds me of New Coke.

This whole Leno Conan thing brings up memories of long ago. From what I remember Letterman was figured to be the successor to Johnny but behind the scenes Leno and his agent pulled off a last minute coup and he had the show. I remember reading a lot of bad mouthing of Leno and his agent on what was done and how they did it. Fast forward and it seemed to me that Leno's move to prime time was a attempt to weaken Conan as a payback for being forced out. I can't help but wonder if Leno is behind the push now to put him back into a later time slot and humiliate Conan.
