I've known a few guys who were substantially overweight, lost the weight and then had heart scares. Once that plaque is in your pipes, losing weight and watching what you eat doesn't make it go away. This could be anything from stress related with no cardiac involvement to a need for a bypass. Mid to late 50's is when this tends to show up. It's a lesson for us all.

: last i heard he was resting comfortably back at home. false alarm. no reason given aside from chest pains altho the speculation is a possible drug relapse but i dont think so, he's just overweight.
