My 3 favorites are wfmu.org, wxyc.org, and wcbn.org. WFMU, especially.
All 3 are freeform, so occasionally you will encounter some monumentally terrible music. (But no ads.) The high points far outnumber the low. If you have an airport express wireless hub, it's a cinch to pipe it through an audio system.
