Aside from the fact that our newspaper(s) (and I use the (s) purposely because truthfully we have one actual paper) have no staff, and they are all stretched to their means and beyond, just like the titleholders you mention above at the radio and tv stations. There is also a sentiment that somehow people don't care about media happenings in this town, which I don't agree with at all. I mean we have a well-respected broadcasting program at the University as well as a dedicated Madison Media Institute "college."
