If memory serves me correctly, they bought WPDR/WDDC for 1.1 million in 2003 (which is a lot of dog years ago...) I think my master took a big wash in this deal and is cutting his losses. Too bad Red Rock is all the way in Duluth...they probably have no idea that the studios are sinking into the marsh and the roof is below the levy and would be the first thing to go if there was ever a flood like there was a couple of years ago in Portage.
