Doubtful. Portage is a long way away from Red Rock's existing stations. All are within a few hours' drive of Duluth. Portage is about six hours away, too far away to manage. More likely Red Rock would only buy the entire Zoe group, including the Shell Lake stations, since they're closer to home.
