The problem starts with Big Boi. Having a morning show that's as hood as it is does not match the rest of the station. Big Boi is far too "gunz in da air" for them. The PD puts a lot into programming the station and it shows. If they could get a live morning show, they'd be golden. Jamz is underrated and has huge potential if their parent company would invest more in them.
And really, nobody from Z104 should be trashing anybody else. Their station has taken a massive nose dive in the past two years, with syndicating Connie and Fish and adding Seacrest. They aren't the powehouse they used to be. Tyler is probably still trying to cover up the heat he got from the Sean Kingston fiasco.
And if you think that all rhythmic jocks/pds/music master minds have to be black, talk to Rick Rubin.
