i emailed that a week ago and got a nice reply from someone named zak. he said this is done when no one is around to keep an eye on the board to prevent spammers and troublemakers from playing around. if you just email your post to that address and tell them what name to post it under, they will put your submission on the board when they're back and then they delete your email - so if you are posting anonymously or under fake info they don't try to match it up to a real person or anything.
: Has anyone else noticed that every once in awhile the site seems to go into some sort of approval mode or something? Like you spend the time to type out a post and then get an error message saying to email your post to news@madcityradio.com instead and it will be manually put on the site.
