Guys, you really need to read the entire filing before jumping to conclusions!
If you read the Engineering Exhibit you'd see that it's simply a correction to the current coordinates. It doesn't change the CP to move to Cross Plains or anything else like that. It's simply paperwork to change incorrect data on their current license.
