An online Museum of Wi. broadcast history. Pretty interesting.

I may have slight issue with their fact of WFRV in Green Bay starting in 1959 after the collapse of a UHF station in Oshkosh. I think the companies merged to an existing WFRV (channel 5). Seems this station started around 1955 in my hazy memory.
