For ANY inconvenience? How about stepping up to the plate (sorry, this is football I know) and admitting you screwed up and you apologize for what you know WAS an inconvenience. Hell, it better have been an inconvenience or PEOPLE HAVE NO REASON TO WATCH YOUR STATION.
