The bottom line is that the radio biz is in a tail spin. The "suits" are trying to keep their jobs so the talent plain and simple don't matter. Whatever they can do to raise a buck or to cut a salary, anything goes. Corporations don't care about the people.The corporations own the business. Beleive me, its only going to get worse.
