I don't think it would have a chance against Kiss unless CC decided to not be cheap and have live jox (no Ryan Seacrest, no Premium Choice, no C&F pretending to be a Madison show, etc.)
But since it's CC, they'll just put C&F in mornings, followed by Ryan Seacrest (on almost every CC CHR due to corporate mandate), and Premium Choice talent all day. No budget, no promotion = FAIL.
Kiss would be tough to compete with even if they invested in it.
