Maybe Clay Frink should take a cut from his bloated salary, considering that he basically manages a weekly student newspaper now. The Cap Times is so irrelevant that I can't even call it a Liberal Rag anymore.
The State Journal is dead in the water as well. Their demographic is dying off every day.
