Absolutely things needed to change with some aspects of Q. But I think people are unfairly pouring on a guy who's already been smoked from the job. Q did place #3 in the market overall while he was there. I was down the hall from him and was happy to see it.
He was a pretty decent dude. From the little I know about the workings of Q it was a dismal situation to begin with.
