No personal experience to draw on but friends at MWF madison and (formerly of) MWF springfield speak highly of the group and it's operations. Unlike at some broadcast companies when people dread going to work.
Also I don't think people are ripping MWF here only 106.3/Sebastian and the abomination that was the stunting. It was ridiculous and lame. Very lame. CC has been ripped equally i think.
