And The Brew listeners are not going to find the same content enjoyable as Z104 listeners. I'm so baffled by this move.
One of the main reasons C&F have been so successful here is because they've been active in the community, and brought the community into their show. Syndication kills that. There will be no more Officer Larry or talking about the Monona Terrance...because The Brew listeners wouldn't get it. Will CC pay for C&F to commute back to Madison and be at the Badger Tailgates so people still think they're here in town? At some point the listeners are going to realize that first Ryan Seacrest took over the airwaves and obviously isn't from Madison...now Connie and Fish aren't in Madison anymore either...they will have to feel screwed.
