Not completely panic like the management at MWF and hire Sebastian. These guys screwed up huge when they let J&T slip away...hired a lame pd who put a horrendous morning show on the air (pre-Nicole).
And to top it all off...the grand finale of F_ _ _ ups...hire John Sebastian.
Who is ops at MWF? Who is their market manager?
Obviously these two are making some really bad decisions.
