In case you didn't realize, this is a radio&media message board. I thought this was a valid observation. Wouldn't the company want visitors to stay on the station site in order to harness those page views to sell ads? Also, you don't want the listener to associate the radio show with a jock's solo site because when the jock gets fired, you don't want them having the chance to connect with them - it all comes back to branding and protecting your assets as a station owner and employer.
