I google searched the HELLLLLLL out of this site today seeing if I could get a glimpse of info on who is behind the infamous Mad City Radio... and loan behold. I have a good idea but it's not for certain. Any ideas?

I even found a site that lets you look at archived IP addys from back in like '00 and '02 but I think it would be fun to have some fun with Mad City.
