: It's a tough world out there. LOTS of long time radio pro's are out of work. I'm grateful to Entercom to allow me to keep my benefits and senority and be in the building to take on more duties as the economy gets better.I sure don't want to collect unemployment and pay COBRA. Rolling with the changes is what allowed me to work for over 35 years in an industry I love.
Amen, Gabby. As much as I think you've been incredibly shafted, I respect and admire you for having the smarts to realize the state of the industry and the economy in general.
