I'm so happy I switched to UVerse. It was a happy day to take all the Charter crap back to their office and tell them goodbye after screwing me for so many years. I couldn't get any of the dish services due to too many mature trees around our house. UVerse has been great and we're saving a ton each month and will continue to even after the promotional period expires.
