Nope. The only station in Wisconsin (according to http://www.lovelineshow.com/stationfinder?action=stateSearch&state=WI) is WGEE-AM in Superior. WLUM/Milwaukee doesn't even run it anymore. The closest would really be Chicago's Q101 who actually dumped the show for a few years and recently re-added it. I believe you can stream them.
I wouldn't mind Tom Green. That might work. He's pretty funny. Thing is, I heard this Stryker parting wasn't as described in the press release - I heard this was a financial situation. And if they can't afford Stryker, I doubt they could afford to bring back Carolla or a big name like Tom Green for a permanent spot.
