And what protects Journal, Milwaukee Radio Alliance, Emmis, Hubbard, Bonneville, Radio One, Salem, Greater Media and all the others who also stream? Why aren't they named? Is this an attempt to get a ruling in Aldav's favor against these companies first and then they can go after other companies individually out of court?
