I'd start by firing the PD. The playlist is tired and the 10 "all time" favs are nauseating. Same old Same old. Save for Jason and Nicole the remaining on air personalities are dull and boring. Can Kenny J be any more monotone? Woo J & T back (Effectively killing Star). Put Nicole on Mid-days, Jason back in the afternoons and for now keep Lia in the evening until they can find an entertaining LOCAL personality. Have a listen to WJVL during the day. You hear all kinds of music that you haven't heard in forever. Reminds me of how good country radio used to be.
