Agreed. I used to work at Entercom. I never had an air-check when I worked there. I doubt if anybody on-air now has had one in the last year either. It seems that on-air focus has been brushed under neath a rug and they are more focused on other things now.
: Dear Wisconsin Radio talent?
: When was the last time your program director and brought you in for at least a 30 minute to 1 hour aircheck meeting?
: Not your performance evaluation, an air check.
: Where your PD played clips of your on-air performance, and critiqued your work, or at least had listening carefully to a recent show, and had taken details notes to address regarding your performance on-air.
: I understand if you don't use your name, or your PD, but at least let us know what station you work for.
: I'm guessing most of you have not had an aircheck in over a year. Full-time or part-time announcers, because your PD is too busy working with other stuff; sales calls, sales promos, or in the middle of staff feuds.
