Funny. Ed Kramer was tight (and I am sure nobody wanted to work for him), but here was a station in Portage Wisconsin that was FULLY STAFFED. I got my start there in the 80's. PD, morning show, middays, nights, 2 person news team, part-time employees. Two people in traffic, a GM, 3 or 4 people in sales, etc. And again...this was in Portage.
How radio has changed.
