I don't think anyone would pay more than $500k for both. The facilities are falling apart in that swamp. I heard the heiffer they have doing mornings fell thru the floor the other day because the building is so rotten. Zoe can't be billing more than $20k/month combined on both stations. They've alienated WPDR's audience and I don't think WDDC's is too far behind.
