It looks like they replaced 102.9's HD Transmitter or made some changes to it honestly.

106.9 and 98.3's HD never really went out that far. Plus it costs money, so they probably figured it was better to rid the HD on those two.

96.5's issue isn't just the HD. The RDS is also broken.
