Both 18 and 24 are already utilizing their own subchannels, so I can't imagine them giving up any of their spectrum allotments in the Milwaukee area. However, they do operate third stations in some markets via shell companies, so I can see some of these as the ones they'll inquire into selling in the auction.

I do know that Sinclair has been giving some of their stations more localized makeovers to move away from the CW and MNTV generic branding,like Tribune has been doing. WPNT in Pittsburgh comes to mind, as they no longer use the MNTV branding.
