Anybody who believes the measure of a station's success begins and end with ratings is an idiot.

Talk formats, particularly with niche formats like 92.1, rarely are ratings winners.

On the other hand, they're usually easy to sell and can bill pretty well. They may not have a large audience, but the audience they do have is loyal and will drive results for clients.
