WDKM-FM (106.1) in Adams has been sold. DKS Communications of Arkdale has purchased the classic-hits station for $190,000, according to a Federal Communications Commission filing.
The 6,000-watt station, which employs three people, has been owned by Roche-A-Cri Broadcasting since it went on the air in 1992. The ownership of the station is expected to transfer in April, following approval by the FCC, said Diane Roekle, co-owner of Roche-A-Cri Broadcasting.
DKS is owned by Tim Jakubowski and Nick Segina.
