Job Description:
Midwest Family Marketing station WJQM-Rhythmic CHR is looking for its next Morning Show host and or team.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of full time experience in the CHR or Rhythmic CHR formats. Qualified candidates will have vast experience as a morning Show talent and posses a strong on-air presence and the ability to create compelling on-air content, as well as a strong online presence. Candidates should have knowledge of, Adobe Audition (or similar platform), iMediaTouch or other On-Air Delivery Software, VoxPro, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must be very creative, with good organizational and communication skills. Candidates should have the ability to multi-task and meet quick deadlines in a fast – paced environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are a MUST.
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on prior experience. Midwest Family Marketing offers a strong benefits package and bonus structure for full time on air employees.
