I'm not sure why it ever said "Soft" 105-1. It has never said anything like that on my RDS, or my HD Radio. Maybe there is a signal (doubtfully). Chris Tarr would know more. Contact him. He would know more as the Chief Engineer for Madison (WCHY) as well as Milwaukee. Tony Abvalulter would just fill you full a pile of crap, and try to explain something he knows nothing about and come out with some stupid excuse on how to fix something even though he can't, and why he got it wrong.
