: : So if I am interpreting the FCC's ruling correctly, the 4 major stations in Madison (3, 15, 27, 47) can't cut off their analog signals unless certain requirements are met, including having at least one of them stay on as a "nightlight" for an extra couple of months.
: typical fcc and government...force stations to use something new..then at the last second..prevent those same stations from using that new technology because some people are TOO LAZY to get the required upgrade. i bet in june..there will be another delay cause some little old lady in nowhere u.s.a. has still not purchased a converter box and heaven forbid she loses all of her daytime shows!
