CBS hasn't either. Time Warner, Dish Network and Cablevision are the hardest companies to play carriage games with.

Time Warner raises prices no matter what. They upped the monthly fee for internet service. Now they're upping the monthly fee to rent a modem.

Time Warner is crap TV service. Ever since they started focusing on other services (Digital Phone, Wireless, Internet and especially Sports) The DVRs are pieces of crap. I went thru 8 of them. Always something going wrong.

They are horrible. Too bad they are the only one with broadband internet service, otherwise I would have dropped their internet too. It was constantly going out, and they give me lame excuses "It's cold outside, so that's why your internet went out."

They built a brand new call center in Darboy (Appleton) not too long ago. Now when you call, you're transferred straight to India. So they're cutting customer service.

If anybody has Time Warner, especially for TV service they should get rid of it for an antenna, or another provider if possible. Not just because of WTMJ, but because the TV service is pure crap.

WTMJ has no room to talk either. So I'm not defending WTMJ at all.
