Time Warner Cable holds all the cards in this situation and in similar situations. Journal Broadcast Group - no matter how much they provide "commentary" at the beginning and ending of newscasts or force anchors to weave in their own business negotiations into "news" reports, or put up billboards on the freeway or air commercials on their radio station. Time Warner Cable has nothing to lose, Journal Broadcast Group and Channel 4 are losing advertising dollars and ratings points with every day that goes by. They will cave and accept the fee TWC is willing to pay, like Hearst and WISN did last year.
